The IC755ACCBATT battery pack is a replacement battery pack for 7-inch Quickpanel+ terminals. The IC755ACCBATT battery provides backup power to the SRAM on the Quickpanel+ terminals.

Description

NoteThe GE IC755ACCBATT battery pack is a replacement battery pack for Quickpanel+ units with 7-inch displays. The battery on the Quickpanel+ units powers the SRAM memory and protects the saved data during a power failure. To prevent fire and chemical burns, the old battery should not be crushed or disposed of in a fire. Only batteries specified for use with Quickpanel+ products like the IC755ACCBATT battery pack should be used. Lithium batteries should only be disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The battery replacement on Quickpanel+ terminals should be only performed by trained technicians. The power to the units should be switched off prior to battery replacement. The battery from the IC755ACCBATT battery pack should be installed with the correct polarity. Metallic tools such as screwdrivers should not be used to remove the installed battery. Batteries on 7-inch Quickpanel+ units should only be replaced with the battery with the part number IC755ACCBATT. The first step in battery replacement is the removal of the battery cover by pressing it down while sliding it forward. The battery harness connector should then be connected to the header. It should be verified that the positive side is down and the negative side is up. The harness connector should then be wrapped around to match the diagram shown in the Quickpanel user manual. The harness connector should not be allowed to go over the tab. Finally, the battery cover should be slid into place while taking care to ensure that the harness connector is not pinched. The 7-inch Quickpanel+ units weigh approximately 1.7 pounds and measure 7.56 x 5.39 x 1.42 inches.
